Pricing shown applies to walkable roofs under 2 stories and up to 2,500 sq ft. Window cleaning is included for up to 10 windows per visit; homes with more windows require a custom quote. Steeper, taller, or larger roofs may also require a custom quote — contact us to confirm your plan pricing.

Common questions
What if I want to cancel? Plans are a 12-month commitment. You may cancel anytime, but future billing will continue until the end of your current 12-month term or until the full remaining balance is paid, whichever comes first. Any remaining services included in your current term remain valid until the end of the 12-month contract. At the end of the 12-month term, plans automatically renew for another 12-month term unless you cancel before renewal.
What isn't covered? Major repairs, full replacements, and any work outside the scheduled visits. Plan members receive a 10% or 15% discount depending on the tier.
